On April 22, 2021 Silk Council, Dong & Partners together with the International Intangible Assets Institute, Knowledge Transfer Office of the City University of Hong Kong co-organized the webinar on “Review of European Collaborations”. The webinar was held in Chinese and was addressed to Chinese entrepreneurs and companies interested in investing in Europe. The webinar focused on international business cooperation between Italy, France, Germany, Finland, China and USA.
Avv. Lifang Dong, Founder of Dong & Partners international law firm and President of the Silk Council Association, participated as a guest speaker, illustrating the institutional and commercial relations between China and Europe, in particular between China and Italy, legal requirements, restrictions and incentives for investments in Italy. In her speech Avv. Dong also referred to practical tips and cases of successful joint ventures and cooperation projects between Italy and China as well as between Italy and China and third developing countries. Moreover, she dealt with a practical case of implementation of the Italian Golden Power relating to a Chinese investment in semiconductor sector of March 2021.
