On May 17, 2018, the International Law Firm Dong & Partners, in collaboration with China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), held for the second time in Milan a training seminar on labor and trade unions law titled “The Trade Unions in Italy: overview of main issues for companies” for companies members of AICI, the Association of Large Chinese Companies in Italy. The spirit of this initiative was to provide Chinese executives and general managers with theorical and practical knowledge on how to manage the relationships with trade unions and collective dismissals. Avv. Lifang Dong and Avv Guido Brocchieri attended the seminar as speakers and Ms Qingya Yang as interpreter. The seminar was held in chinese, english and italian languages. We would like to thank the General Manager Zhang Gang for his warm welcome, Mrs. Wu Xiaoyue, Mr Liu Zidong and the rest of CCPIT staff for the perfect organization and AICI companies, who trsuted in us and attended numerous at the event.

SEMINARIO ORGANIZZATO DA DONG & PARTNERS E CCPIT PER LE IMPRESE AICI
Il 17 Maggio 2018, lo Studio legale internazionale Dong & Partners, in collaborazione con CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) ha tenuto per la seconda volta a Milano un seminario di formazione in materia di diritto del lavoro e diritto sindacale dal titolo “The Trade Unions in Italy: overview of main issues for companies” per i membri AICI, l'Associazione delle grandi Imprese Cinesi in Italia. Lo spirito di questa iniziativa era fornire ai dirigenti e quadri cinesi una panoramica teorica e pratica su come gestire i rapporti con le associazioni sindacali e licenziamenti collettivi in Italia. Sono intervenuti all'evento come relatori l'Avv. Lifang Dong e l'Avv Guido Brocchieri e come interprete la Sig.ra Qingya Yang. Il seminario si è tenuto in cinese, inglese e italiano. Ringraziamo il General Manager Zhang Gang per la gentile accoglienza, la Sig.ra Wu Xiaoyue, il Sig.
