Alibaba's Trade Assurance Program is a free service for buyers which allows to receive a refund in the following cases:
1.When the product is shipped later than the times indicated in the purchase order
2.When the product does not correspond to what is specified in the purchase order
The service is available only for purchases from suppliers who have joined the program and the guaranteed amount is limited to a range between 12,000 and 30,000 euros.

To use this service it is necessary to comply with some requirements:
The purchase order amount must be at least 1,200 euros and must be created within the Alibaba platform
Communications with the supplier must take place through the Alibaba Trade Center within the platform
Payment of the purchase order must be made to the bank account specified by Alibaba
The purchase order must clearly indicate the date of shipment, the technical specifications and quality requirements of the product. If the order is not precise on this point (for example by generically indicating "good quality"), there is a risk of remaining out of the insurance coverage. In caso of any doubt, Alibaba applies industry standards guidance provided by an external quality control company.
