È entrato in vigore il nuovo Dpcm con le regole sulle aperture dei negozi nel periodo natalizio. Il Presidente del Consiglio Giuseppe Conte ha annunciato tutte le misure in una conferenza stampa in diretta televisiva il 3 dicembre 2020. Il nuovo Dpcm rimarrà in vigore dal 4 dicembre 2020 al 15 gennaio 2021.
Tra le misure introdotte:
Confermato il coprifuoco dalle 22 alle 5:00 anche per il primo gennaio 2021 e fino alle 7:00 per il 31 dicembre 2020. In queste fasce orarie è consentito uscire di casa solo per comprovati motivi di lavoro, di salute o di necessità con autocertificazione. In mancanza saranno applicate multe dai 400 ai 1.000 euro.
Obbligo di quarantena di 10 giorni per chi rientra in Italia dall’estero dal 21 dicembre 2020
Negozi aperti fino alle ore 21:00 dal 4 dicembre 2020 al 6 gennaio2021, centri commerciali chiusi nei festivi e weekend dal 4 dicembre al 15 gennaio, ad eccezione dei negozi alimentari, farmacie, parafarmacie, vivai, tabacchi, edicole e sanitari.
Per evitare affollamenti, sindaci e presidenti di regione potranno emanare ordinanze per chiudere strade, piazze e mettere distanziatori e controlli per contingentare gli ingressi nelle vie e nelle piazze.
Bar e ristoranti in area gialla restano aperti dalle 5 alle 18 tutti i giorni, con il limite di 4 persone per tavolo. In zona arancione e rossa dalle 5 alle 22 è consentito solo l’asporto, mentre l’attività di consegna a domicilio rimane sempre garantita.
Gli alberghi restano aperti, ma non si potranno organizzare cene e feste. La sera del 31 dicembre 2020 è consentito solo il servizio in camera.
Gli impianti sciistici saranno chiusi dal 4 dicembre 2020 al 6 gennaio 2021.

New Government Decree of 3 December 2020: the rules for commercial activities at Christmas
The new Government Decree came into force with the rules on the opening of shops during the Christmas period. Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte announced all the measures in a live tv press conference on 3 December 2020. The new Government Decree will remain in force from 4 December 2020 to 15 January 2021.
Among the measures introduced:
The curfew has been confirmed from 10 pm to 5 am also for January 1st 2021 and until 7 am for December 31st 2020. In these time slots it is allowed to leave the house only for proven reasons of work, health or necessity with self-certification . Failing this, fines ranging from 400 to 1,000 euros will be applied.
10-day quarantine obligation for those returning to Italy from abroad from 21 December 2020
Shops open until 9 pm from 4 December 2020 to 6 January 2021, shopping centers closed on holidays and weekends from 4 December to 15 January, with the exception of food shops, pharmacies, parapharmacies, plants shops, tobacconists, newspaper shops and sanitary ware.
To avoid crowding, mayors and regional presidents will be able to issue ordinances to close streets, squares and put spacers and controls to limit the entrances to streets and squares.
Bars and restaurants in the yellow area remain open from 5 am to 6 pm every day, with a limit of 4 people per table. In the orange and red zone, from 5 am to 10 pm, only take-away is allowed, while home delivery is always guaranteed.
The hotels remain open, but dinners and parties cannot be organized. On the evening of December 31, 2020, only room service is allowed.
The ski resorts will be closed from 4 December 2020 to 6 January 2021.
