From February 1, 2022 access without any type of green pass (therefore even without the swab) is allowed:
in food and basic necessities stores such as supermarkets and petrol stations;
in sanitary ware, orthopedic, medical and optical stores and heating fuel stores for domestic use;
in health and social health and veterinary facilities, for all purposes of prevention, diagnosis and treatment (also for carers), without prejudice to the provisions of art. 2-bis of Legislative Decree 52/2021 for the permanence of carers in the aforementioned places and to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 221/2021 for the access of visitors to residential, social welfare, social health and hospice facilities;
to offices open to the public of the police forces
to judicial offices and the offices of the social and health services exclusively for the urgent filing of complaints from victims of crimes or requests for judicial interventions to protect minors or incapable persons, as well as to allow the carrying out of investigative activities or jurisdictional for which the presence of the person summoned is necessary
From February 1, 2022 the Green Pass Base (obtainable following a negative swab) will instead be necessary to access all other types of commercial activities not listed in the DPCM, such as for example:
Public offices
Postal, banking and financial services
Commercial activities, with the exception of those that "satisfy the essential and primary needs of the person".
