On June 30, 2022 the new shared protocol for updating the measures to combat and contain the spread of the Sars-Cov-2 / Covid-19 virus in the workplace was approved in order to update and renew the previous protocols signed by the Government, Competent ministries and social parties.
The protocol indicates to employers and employees what are the new obligations for compliance with the provisions on health and safety with the aim of combating the spread of the pandemic.
